  1. Matt,

I thoroughly enjoyed your presentation over Web 2.0. You did a great job of pacing your words and pictures. I especially liked how you discussed many of the different types of websites that are part of the social revolution. I was definitely startled, shocked, and disturbed by the statistics you shared about a child's reliance/usage of education.

I was also blown away by the amount of technology you utilize everyday in your classroom. You and your students are truly blessed!

One thing you might consider revising is your reference page... it is difficult to view your source. Other than that, you did a fantastic job with this assignment! =0)

  2. I really like how you broke down all of the information about what web 2.0 really includes. Many of those programs I have not used and may have seen them before but I did not really know what they were used for. I think that it was very interesting that information that you had about the things we do before we turn 21 years old. I think that the reading information may be a bit off. Many times reading is just considered out of a book. It is not taken into consideration that reading includes all the different websites that children look at everyday. They are also frequently reading the different emails and text messages that they receive everyday. Students are still reading it is just that the forms of reading that are taking place are different. I think that it is great that all of your students have access to so many different kinds of technology. I think that will really benefit they in the long run.
